About Alan
Alan Cyr is a dedicated, licensed mental health counselor who believes in a compassionate, evidence-based approach to healing. With years of expertise, he helps clients navigate their personal journeys while deeply respecting their individual beliefs and core values. His practice is built on trust, empathy, and the pursuit of meaningful growth.

Alan holds his B.A. in Philosophy and his M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in marriage and family therapy. He has also completed numerous postgraduate courses in theology and counseling psychology, in addition to earned continuing education units (CEUs) in somatic healing from trauma (C-PTSD), psychodrama, and neurodivergent disorders (ADHD, Autism Spectrum, OCD, etc.)
